What is your fee structure?

Our current fee structure for hosting your property is as follows:

• 10%- We only manage guest communication and advertisement. Owners are responsible for maintenance on property, supplies, and to find/pay cleaners.

  • We send an invoice at the end of the month for our 10%. Any booking payout is paid to you directly from booking sites.

  • We can order supplies for homes and they will be charged back to owner at end of month invoice.

  • Maintenance calls can be managed for a fee. * Contractor fee not included*

How do the properties get cleaned ?

We only communicate with cleaners. Owners are responsible to find cleaners and pay them. We do provide a checklist that cleaners must followed. We also require cleaners to provide a cleaning report after each cleaning with stamped dated photos.

We give you a list of amenities/ toiletries we recommend for owner to provide to guest.
